The building is new and in a good condition but it has a disadvantage that is mainly for students. So, it's better I think to buy this room from someone near this area and lease it by himself, so he can get a worthy income. This Lease Company that now manages the building is finding excuses to give us very low profit from the rents, although the building is now fully occupied.
